By Zoe Kleinman Technology reporter Published 19 October 2020 The developers of the Covid-19 contact-tracing app for England and Wales have stressed that none of the data it uses will be shared with the police. It followed news that the contact details of people told to self-isolate by the NHS Test and Trace scheme in England would be shared with the police "on a case-by-case basis". However, the app operates independently of this system. It has been downloaded more than 18m times since it launched in September. The news from NHS Test and Trace on Sunday led to worried app users taking to social media to say they would delete it over privacy concerns. The Department for Health and Social Care told the BBC that neither the police nor the government received any data from the app. In a tweet, the official account for the NHS Covid-19 app said "The app cannot be used to track your location, for law enforcement, or to monitor self-isolation and social distancing. " Recommendations to self-isolate which come via the app are not legally enforceable - unlike an instruction by phone call from NHS Test and Trace.

Pros of Buying a Tesla The down payment is the same as with the Tesla lease, which is surprisingly low if you are purchasing a vehicle at a comparative cost. There is no need to wait three years of locked in time before trading up to a new Tesla model (or a different vehicle if you decide an electric vehicle isn't for you). The APR of Tesla's vehicle loans (2. 49 percent) is relatively low when compared to standard percentage rates of vehicle loans on luxury sedans. You can drive your "owned" Tesla as much as you want. There are no mileage limitations like when you are leasing. Cons of Buying a Tesla The monthly cost associated with a purchase (thanks to the interest on the loan) is higher than the comparative lease. If at the end of three years you'd like to trade up into a new model of vehicle, you are going to need to deal with massive depreciation as it relates to selling your Tesla. So, in the end, is it a better option to buy or lease a Tesla? The choice is up to you, and your specific circumstances.
Alcohol is everywhere, and our reasons for drinking it are multifaceted. We drink as a bonding experience, as a communal coping mechanism, and for countless other societal reasons. Since we cannot extract drinking from our culture, we also cannot find the harsh line between 'societal drinking' and 'problematic drinking'. Instead, the best way to approach alcoholism is from a spectrum. On one end, there are those who seldom drink. On the other, there are those who imbibe far past the NIAAA's (National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism) recommended four drinks per day (14 drinks per week). Alcoholism is individualised When it comes to alcoholism, everyone's journey is different. No two breakthroughs are identical, and no two recoveries are the same. Instead, look deeply at your addiction and find what you need to recover. If your drinking is born out of previous trauma, find therapeutic outlets to emotionally heal. If you are struggling with self-destructive tendencies, you might consider a sober living facility like the community at New Life House.
