I have seen people struggling recently with companies not paying them/their business for months and even getting away with it. I have successfully collected my money from a company that was trying to get away with it for 7 months! Don't trust them when they say they will pay next months inshallah. Don't hire debt collectors, as in this country all they can do is call, call and call. They don't have the right here to do it in "different" ways, as usually debt collectors do in other countries of the World. So it's just a waste of money and time. Debt collectors are to scare the s... out of small people, not big companies. Go to the Court as soon as you get the feeling that you won't get your money. The sooner you go, the sooner you will get your money back. Ask for fee postponement. No one will offer you this. You have to mention it and ask for it! If you didn't have a decent income for 6 months, this helps you start the case without paying a single dirham for the court fees. Once you win, they make the defendant pay for all the court fees.
