The more traffic that goes to your site, the better The myth Generally, you'd want more people to visit your site. These huge amounts of visits, though, won't matter if they don't turn into conversions. Even if thousands of people flock to your webpages each day, if they don't take the desired actions your SEO campaign is aiming for, these visits won't provide any benefit for your site. The largest disadvantage of this training method is that you won't be training on your data. Or onsite training might be your best option This is likely going to be the most expensive training option since you will have to pay the trainer's travel cost and their daily consulting expense, but I also feel this is the best training offered. You train on your data and usually in small groups or one to one. If you trained yourself on the application, as I referred to in the first paragraph, you will be able to focus the training on only those areas where you need additional training. The important thing with this type of training is to limit the interruptions. I sat in more than one extremely busy HR department where every fifteen minutes the people I was training had to leave the room, pick up a call, or respond to an email. Check into referring your duties to someone else during the training, shutting down the department to employees for the day, or doing the training on the weekend. I hope you found this article helpful.
