On July 11th Justo Smoker was arrested and charged with kidnapping and false imprisonment. He was held in jail while the investigators gathered more evidence and continued the search for her body. On December 21st, 6 months to the day of her disappearance, the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office announced they would be charging Smoker with homicide. This news came as a surprise to many following the case as the body had still not been located. On March 5th a preliminary hearing was held where a judge ruled that there was enough evidence to charge Smoker with abducting and killing Linda - even without her body being located. On April 21st, 10 months from the date of her disappearance, officials announced that they had located human remains while searching for Linda Stoltzfoos near Dutchland Inc in Gap, PA - Smoker's former workplace. Linda's family confirmed that it was her body that was found via a post on the Facebook page organized for the case. Official identification by the coroner is still pending and is expected to be completed by Friday.

3. Give your visitors a way to sign up for your email list An email list will give you a way to connect with your visitors, even if they never end up on your site again. Sign up with an email marketing service like MailChimp or AWeber, and then use one of their pre-designed templates to add an opt-in box to your site. Remember to give visitors an incentive to join your list; for instance, a free ebook or guide that offers valuable information to your target audience. 4.
